LM329CZ Overview


A handy package called TO-226-3, TO-92-3 (TO-226AA) is used.It is used as a voltage reference and is controlled by Series, Buried Zener.The 3 terminations have a variety of functions.A precise voltage reference must have a tolerance of ±0.29%.The reference voltage is coupled to an analog IC TWO TERMINAL VOLTAGE REFERENCE.On the basis of the test statistics, 6.9V voltage is output.The output of 1 is sufficient.Input is taken from a Fixed form.3 pins are included in the voltage reference ic.Temperatures should not rise above NOT SPECIFIED during reflow soldering.For PCB designs that require high precision, Through Hole is available.Working within 0°C~70°C is my area of expertise.15mA input applications can use the reference voltage.Generally, the cathode current should be 600μA.The voltage generated is fixed/minimum at 6.9V.A voltage reference circuit's maximum voltage output is tested 7.25V.This voltage reference ic outputs a voltage of at least 6.6V.
