An easy-to-use 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package is used.The handy Series, Shunt, Buried Zener package is used in this program.This program uses the handy Tape & Reel (TR) package.Various terminations with 8.For precise voltage reference, use ±0.71% tolerance.There is an analog IC coupled to the reference voltage THREE TERMINAL VOLTAGE REFERENCE.As a result, it outputs 7V voltage.1 outputs are sufficient.Input can be entered into Fixed forms.The voltage reference ic has 8 pins.The reflow soldering temperature should not exceed 260.The PCB design can be made more demanding by using Surface Mount.Worked within 0°C~70°C TA.You can find other relevant parts by searching "LT1021".For applications with 10mA inputs, the reference voltage is suitable.A cathode current of 1.2mA is generally considered to be correct.A voltage of 12V is required for its operation.It must be supplied with a voltage of 8.5V at a minimum.An input voltage of 8.5V~40V is common for the voltage reference ic.Voltage 7V is generated as a fixed/minimum value.In order to operate it, 1.5mA is the supply current.In this test, the voltage reference circuit is tested for its greatest voltage output 7.05V.
