In order to protect the op amps, a 8-WFDFN Exposed Pad case is used. An op amp of this type is a General Purpose-type. It comes in a Tape & Reel (TR) case, which protects instrumentation amplifier from damage during delivery. It is estimated that there will be at least 8 terminations this year.
