A handy 16-WFDFN Exposed Pad package is used.Uses the handy Series, Dual package.Voltage reference with ±0.1% tolerance.The user can enter input on the Adjustable (Fixed) form.For PCB designs requiring high performance, Surface Mount is available.I am qualified to work within -40°C~85°C TJ.Applications with 20mA input are suitable for the reference voltage.In most cases, the voltage reference ic can provide a voltage input of 5.2V~36V.There is a fixed/minimum voltage of 5V.During operation, it uses a current of 3mA as its supply current.It would send a maximum voltage of 6V.
