LT8620EMSE#PBF developed by Linear Technology/Analog Devices belongs to the family of compact, high-efficiency, high-speed synchronous monolithic step-down switching regulators. The need for external components can be minimized by including top and bottom power switches with all necessary circuitry. Small inductors can be used and fast transient response and good loop stability can be ensured based on the internal compensation with peak current mode topology. Low ripple Burst Mode operation allows for high efficiency down to very low output currents while keeping the output ripple below 10mVP-P.
