Capsuled in the 38-PowerTFSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width), 31 Leads package, the switching controller can be used for a wide range of applications. There is sufficient capacity to generate switching controller for outputs 2. Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs (s) are supported. Voltages 2.8V~80V are the dc control's supply voltage and operating voltage, respectively. Work well in dc switchers with a -40°C~125°C. Using this switching controller, it is possible to switch at 100kHz~400kHz. dc dc regulator is made easier with Surface Mount.
