Capsuled in the 16-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package, the switching controller can be used for a wide range of applications. 1 outputs can be generated with the dc motor controller. A solid enclosure of Tube surrounds pmic. The system can process Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs (s). dc controls with 4V~40V voltage are supplied and operated. Suitable for work in a -40°C~85°C TA dc switcher. It can switch at Up to 250kHz. As it has a Surface Mount value, it can be used for general dc dc regulator. Featured in the dcdc regulator is Current Limit, Enable which allows efficient switching control. Connected to a SWITCHING CONTROLLER analog IC, the switch converters are connected to a power supply.
