There are two types of analog ICs on this voltage regulator. The first type is a SWITCHED CAPACITOR REGULATOR-type IC. The space-saving 14-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package is available for this voltage regulator. 1 outputs of voltage regulator are configured. The adjusting voltage regulator generates Adjustable output. This voltage regulator 12v fits the Surface Mount mounting. Operating at 0°C~70°C TA is the recommended temperature for adjusting voltage regulator's operation. The switching frequency of this DC-DC switching regulator reaches 550kHz. In this adjusting voltage regulator, the output voltage (Min/Fixed) equates to -1.25V. The maximum input voltage of voltage regulator is 8V.
