In order to protect the op amps, a 8-TSSOP, 8-MSOP (0.118, 3.00mm Width) case is used. The instrumentation amplifier in this picture is of the Differential-type. There is a Tube case that is delivered with the instrumentation amplifiers. During the past two weeks, there have been close to 8 terminations. There are a total of 8 pins on this op amp.
