Using the Tube package, this voltage regulator optimizes the performance of the voltage regulator 12v. A voltage regulator consists of 16 terminations. As a matter of fact, the type of analog IC that this voltage regulator 12v is equipped with is called SWITCHING REGULATOR. Due to DC DC switching regulator's space saving design, this voltage regulator is available in a 16-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) Exposed Pad package. DC DC switching regulator is configured with 1 outputs. ICs such as this voltage regulator are capable of generating Adjustable outputs through their output pins. A voltage regulator 12v such as this one fits the Surface Mount mounting bracket. Voltage regulators should be operated at -55°C~150°C TJ temperature while operating. In this voltage regulator 12v, the switching frequency is 1.2MHz. The voltage regulator can be operated with a voltage as low as 2.2V as an input voltage. It features maximum design flexibility due to dc to dc voltage regulator's 1A output current. A regulator with this NOT SPECIFIED peak reflow temperature is essentially indestructible. To meet the switching regulator operation requirements, a nominal input voltage of 24V is provided. In the particular voltage regulators, the LTC3114 family is represented.
