LTC3130IUDC Overview
optimized performance is achieved by utilizing the Tube package in this voltage regulator. During the development of this harley voltage regulator, 20 terminations were made. There is one type of analog IC that this voltage regulator is equipped with, and that is the SWITCHING REGULATOR type. In order to save space, this voltage regulator is packaged in the 20-WFQFN Exposed Pad package. There are 1 outputs configured on the voltage regulator. On its output pins, this adjusting voltage regulator generates Adjustable output. The voltage regulator 12v fits the Surface Mount mounting hole. -40°C~125°C TJ should be the operating temperature when voltage regulator is operating. A DC-DC switching regulator of this type operates at a switching frequency of 1.2MHz. Input voltage 2.4V is the dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage required for operation of the voltage regulators. The output voltage of this voltage regulator (Min/Fixed) amounts to 1V volts. Featuring a maximum design flexibility of 600mA, dc to dc voltage regulator has a maximum output current of 600mA. 25V volts is DC DC switching regulator's maximum input voltage.
