As a result of the use of the Tape & Reel (TR) package, the performance of this voltage regulator is optimized. This harley voltage regulator has 16 terminations. There is one type of analog IC that this voltage regulator is equipped with, and that is the SWITCHED CAPACITOR CONVERTER type. Space savings are achieved by placing this voltage regulator in the 16-TFSOP (0.118, 3.00mm Width) Exposed Pad package. The voltage regulator 12v has 1 outputs. On the output pins of this DC DC switching regulator, there is a Adjustable (Programmable) output generated. This switching regulator is designed to fit the Surface Mount mounting system. Operating at -40°C~150°C TJ is the recommended temperature for adjusting voltage regulator's operation. Voltage regulator's switching frequency reaches 450kHz. A dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage of 2.7V is required for this voltage regulator to operate.
