This harley voltage regulator utilizes the Tube package for optimized performance. During the development of this harley voltage regulator, 8 terminations were made. There are two types of analog ICs in this voltage regulator 12v: SWITCHING REGULATOR ICs, which are the ones used in older voltage regulator 12vs. Space-saving 8-TSSOP, 8-MSOP (0.118, 3.00mm Width) Exposed Pad packages are available for this harley voltage regulator. 1 outputs of voltage regulator are configured. As you can see, this DC DC switching regulator generates Fixed output on its output pins. This switching regulator is designed to fit the Surface Mount mounting system. -40°C~125°C TJ should be the operating temperature when voltage regulator is operating. This voltage regulator 12v reaches a switching frequency of 2.25MHz. The regulator is capable of operating with a dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage of 2.7V. The adjusting voltage regulator's output voltage (Min/Fixed) is 3.3V. Featuring a 1A output current, dc to dc voltage regulator offers maximum design flexibility. Voltage regulator has an input voltage (Max) of 17V. 260 is essentially indestructible due to DC DC switching regulator's peak reflow temperature.
