It uses the Tube package in order to optimize the performance of this voltage regulator. In this voltage regulator, 28 terminations are present. There are two types of analog ICs in this voltage regulator 12v: DUAL SWITCHING CONTROLLER ICs, which are the ones used in older voltage regulator 12vs. Space savings are achieved by placing this voltage regulator in the 28-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) Exposed Pad package. 2 outputs have been configured in the voltage regulator 12v. On its output pins, this adjusting voltage regulator generates Adjustable output. This voltage regulator 12v fits the Surface Mount mounting. When operating, adjusting voltage regulator's operating temperature should be kept at -40°C~125°C TJ. A DC-DC switching regulator such as this one switches at 500kHz~4MHz. This voltage regulator is able to operate with the minimal input voltage of 3.6V. DC DC switching regulator's output voltage (Min/Fixed) amounts to 0.6V. As a result of the 3A output current, voltage regulator offers maximum flexibility in design. There is a voltage regulator maximum input voltage of 20V. The peak reflow temperature of this regulator amounts to NOT SPECIFIED to be essentially indestructible. An input voltage of 12V is required to meet the requirements of the switching regulator operation.
