Capsuled in the 16-SSOP (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package, the switching controller suits most application needs. It is sufficient to generate 1 outputs with this dc motor controller. A solid enclosure of Tape & Reel (TR) surrounds pmic. With this function, you can deal with Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs (s). Voltages 9.3V~15V are the dc control's supply voltage and operating voltage, respectively. Qualified to work in a -40°C~125°C TJ dc switcher. It can switch at 100kHz~600kHz.
