The Tube method is used for packaging clock ICs. A Clock PLL is included with the 28-WFQFN Exposed Pad package. When reflowed, this frequency generator can withstand a maximum temperature of NOT SPECIFIED. It contains a total of 28 terminations within RF synthesizer. The supply voltage of 3.3V allows for high efficiency. In this case, Clock is designed to be the input of the clock generator.
