LTC6994CDCB-2#TRPBF Overview

As a cost-effective packaging method, Tape & Reel (TR) is used. Using the 6-WFDFN Exposed Pad package eliminates the need for additional insulating hardware in applications. It is possible to achieve reliable performance with 2.25V~5.5V due to the supply voltage. As its mounting type, Surface Mount is used. It operates at a temperature of 0°C~70°C.
