The analogue multiplexer may be damaged if voltage is greater than 200μA. If put voltage greater than 20V on the multiplexer, damage may be caused to the device. If you are using dual power supplies, you should attach at least 4.5V. It is integrated with SPST analog ICs. 18V operating voltages are supported by the electronic component. Temperatures above 125°C should not be used to operate the switches.
