The electronic part can be shipped overseas conveniently because it is packaged in 16-WQFN Exposed Pad. In order to provide high reliability, an advanced packaging method Tape & Reel (TR) is used. There is an analog multiplexer mounted in position Surface Mount. There is 1:1 ratio between the number of multiplexers and demultiplexers. Around -40°C~85°C TA is the extended operating temperature.
