DS1100Z-25+T Overview

The package is designed to be as cost-effective as possible by utilizing Tape & Reel (TR). With the 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package, additional insulating hardware in applications is no longer necessary. Providing reliable performance is made possible by the supply voltage of 4.75V~5.25V. As a mounting method, the technique Surface Mount is used.
