DS21604SN Overview


As a clock IC, PLLs is packaged using the Tube method. In the 16-SOIC (0.295, 7.50mm Width) package, there is an embedded clock generator. A maximum temperature of 245 can be sustained by this clock generator ic during reflowing. It contains a total of 16 terminations within RF synthesizer. This time clock generator should be voltaged at 3.3V. It is designed that the Clock PLL's input should be Clock. 1 circuits are used to achieve clock PLL's superior flexibility.
