LM4050BIM3-4.1 Overview
A handy TO-236-3, SC-59, SOT-23-3 package is used.Uses the handy Shunt package.The handy Tape & Reel (TR) package is used in this program.Various functions terminate at 3.Voltage reference with ±0.2% tolerance.The reference voltage is coupled with an analog IC TWO TERMINAL VOLTAGE REFERENCE.According to the test statistics, it produces 4.096V voltage.In this case, it is sufficient to generate 1 outputs.The user can enter input on the Fixed form.There are 3 pins on the voltage reference ic.For PCB designs requiring high performance, Surface Mount is available.I am qualified to work within -40°C~85°C TA.Applications with 15mA input are suitable for the reference voltage.Its cathode current should generally be 73μA.There is a fixed/minimum voltage of 4.096V.4.1042V is the highest voltage output from the voltage reference ic.4.0878V voltage less than 4.0878V is output by the voltage reference circuit.
