TL431ACCT Overview
An easy-to-use 6-TSSOP, SC-88, SOT-363 package is used.The handy Shunt package is used in this program.This program uses the handy Tape & Reel (TR) package.Various terminations with 6.For precise voltage reference, use ±1% tolerance.There is an analog IC coupled to the reference voltage THREE TERMINAL VOLTAGE REFERENCE.As a result, it outputs 36V voltage.1 outputs are sufficient.Input can be entered into Adjustable forms.The reflow soldering temperature should not exceed 260.In the voltage reference ic, there are 6 pins.The PCB design can be made more demanding by using Surface Mount.Worked within 0°C~70°C TA.You can find other relevant parts by searching "TL431".Surface Mount applications are compatible with the voltage reference.A voltage reference ic's output current cannot exceed 100mA.For high-quality communication, there are 1 channels available.36V is its maximum output voltage.A cathode current of 600μA is generally considered to be correct.It is not possible for the voltage reference ic to output a voltage lower than 2.495V.Due to the fact that the maximum input voltage of the part is 2.52V, users are recommended to limit the voltage accordingly.Voltage reference that outputs 2.495V regardless of external conditions.It requires at least 2.47V voltage to get the voltage reference ic to run, according to the record.
