LM4051AEX3-1.2+T Overview
A handy package called SC-70, SOT-323 is used.It is used as a voltage reference and is controlled by Shunt.The handy Tape & Reel (TR) variable is used in this program.The 3 terminations have a variety of functions.A precise voltage reference must have a tolerance of ±0.1%.The reference voltage is coupled to an analog IC TWO TERMINAL VOLTAGE REFERENCE.On the basis of the test statistics, 1.225V voltage is output.The output of 1 is sufficient.Input is taken from a Fixed form.3 pins are included in the voltage reference ic.Temperatures should not rise above 260 during reflow soldering.For PCB designs that require high precision, Surface Mount is available.Working within -40°C~125°C TA is my area of expertise.By searching "LM4051, you can find more relevant parts.15mA input applications can use the reference voltage.Generally, the cathode current should be 60μA.The voltage generated is fixed/minimum at 1.225V.A voltage reference circuit's maximum voltage output is tested 1.226V.This voltage reference ic outputs a voltage of at least 1.223V.
