A higher degree of flexibility is achieved by adopting its 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) Exposed Pad package.Tape & Reel (TR) represents the packaging method.This configuration includes 2 drivers.It's mounted on the way to Surface Mount.In the absence of a 8V~12.6V supply voltage, it can demonstrate its superiority.The gate type on this device is N-Channel MOSFET.In this device, temperatures must not exceed -40°C~150°C TJ.The input type for this program is Non-Inverting.Mosfet driver contains a variety of related parts under Mosfet drivers base part number MAX15013.Mosfet driver is mounted using the Surface Mount method.The pins are configured with 8 when designing the chip.There is a maximum output current of 2A that can be achieved.A high-side voltage can be set up to 175V (Bootstrap).An output current of 2A is supported.Considering its maximum power dissipation, 470.6mW shows its maximum capacity to transfer and conduct power loss without overheating.In order to ensure greater stability, it is recommended to keep the supply current at 3mA.
