MAX16021LTES+ Overview
There are 16 mounting terminals on the voltage supervisor, each of which has a different function. There is a Tube-packaging method applied to IC management. For your reference, this PMIC includes a list of 16-WQFN Exposed Pad functions. There are a lot of similarities between this IC power and other Simple Reset/Power-On Reset products. Specifies a reflow peak temperature of 225 for the package during reflow. Power management conducts at a voltage of 1. The mount is provided by Surface Mount.
