Packaged in the form of a Tape & Reel (TR), power management is easy to use. Please refer to power management for 24-WFQFN Exposed Pad functions. There are a number of benefits that this PMIC has in common with other Multi-Voltage Supervisor manage ics. In order to ensure a good reflow performance, the package peak reflow temperature must be set at NOT SPECIFIED. During operation, the power ic is supplied with a voltage of 8. Surface Mount is the one that mounts power management. Power managment ic pin count is 16. It is recommended that Vsup should not be less than 1V for this IC power. This IC power should be powered by no more than 5.5V volts of supply voltage (Vsup). The recommended mounting type is Surface Mount. This range of temperature should be set for the supervisors: -40°C~125°C TA. Power management has an output of Open Drain or Open Collector during operation. A similar IC managements number of the manufacturer can always be found by using MAX16062, the base power ics number.
