There is an optimized performance in this voltage regulator because it utilizes the Tape & Reel (TR) package. A voltage regulator consists of 16 terminations. There are two types of analog ICs in this voltage regulator 12v: SWITCHING REGULATOR ICs, which are the ones used in older voltage regulator 12vs. Due to DC DC switching regulator's space saving design, this voltage regulator is available in a 16-SSOP (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package. There are 2 outputs configured on the voltage regulator. As you can see, this DC DC switching regulator generates Adjustable (Fixed) output on its output pins. Surface Mount-mounting is compatible with this switching regulator. As long as its operating temperature is -40°C~85°C TA, dc to dc voltage regulator should perform well. This DC-DC switching regulator has a switching frequency of 300kHz. The voltage regulator can operate with a dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage of 0.7V. According to the table below, DC DC switching regulator's output voltage (Min/Fixed) is equal to 1.25V 2.5V 3.3V. This voltage regulator 12v offers maximum design flexibility with an output current of 350mA Switch. There is a maximum input voltage of 5.5V for this voltage regulator 12v. A regulator with this 260 peak reflow temperature is essentially indestructible. An input voltage of 2.4V is required for switching regulator operation.
