There are two types of analog ICs in this voltage regulator 12v: SWITCHING REGULATOR ICs, which are the ones used in older voltage regulator 12vs. The space-saving 16-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) Exposed Pad package is available for this voltage regulator. The voltage regulator 12v has 1 outputs. The adjusting voltage regulator generates Adjustable (Fixed) output. As the name implies, this voltage regulator 12v is designed for mounting on a Surface Mount bracket. During switching regulator operation, the operating temperature should remain at -40°C~125°C TJ. This voltage regulator 12v reaches a switching frequency of 400kHz. As shown in the table below, adjusting voltage regulator's output voltage (Min/Fixed) is equal to 1V 5V. There is a maximum input voltage of 36V for this voltage regulator 12v. In the particular voltage regulators, the MAX16909 family is represented. A voltage of 10V volts can be generated by DC DC switching regulator. There are 16 pins used for switching regulator operation.
