MAX16997AAUA+ Overview
This power management consists of 8 mounting terminals on which it can be mounted. A Tube package is used to package the power management. To assist you, this PMIC includes 8-TSSOP, 8-MSOP (0.118, 3.00mm Width) functions. There are a lot of similarities between this IC management and other Watchdog Circuit products. During operation, the power ic is supplied with a voltage of 14V. During operation, the power ic is supplied with a voltage of 1. Power management is included in the Surface Mount mount. It has a total of 8 pins that are attached to IC management. The pins of the power management system count 8. IC management can only work with a supply voltage of 5V volts. In this PMIC, the maximum supply voltage (Vsup) should not exceed 40V volts. Surface Mount mounting is recommended. This power management is the recommended temperature range for the supervisors: -40°C~125°C TA. During operation, this power management system outputs Open Drain or Open Collector. The supply current of the power management is 18μA. It is always advisable to use MAX16997, the base supervisor number, when searching for similar PMICs from the manufacturer.
