Power management is packaged in a Tape & Reel (TR) way. As a reference, this IC power includes 8-TSSOP, 8-MSOP (0.118, 3.00mm Width) functions for your convenience. With power management, you get a lot of benefits that you won't find in other Watchdog Circuit products. The package peak reflow temperature is specified to be 260. Power ics operate at 1 supply voltages. Using Surface Mount, IC management is mounted. Normally, the supply voltage (Vsup) for this PMIC should not be lower than 5V. In this PMIC, the maximum supply voltage (Vsup) should not exceed 40V volts. A Surface Mount mounting type is recommended.
