MAX16998AAUA/V+T Overview
There is a Tape & Reel (TR)-packaging method applied to IC management. The purpose of this IC power is to provide you with a reference of 8-TSSOP, 8-MSOP (0.118, 3.00mm Width) functions. There are a number of benefits that this PMIC has in common with other Watchdog Circuit manage ics. Specifies a reflow peak temperature of 260 for the package during reflow. A supply voltage of 1 is used to conduct the PMIC chip. Using Surface Mount, IC management is mounted. The pins of the power management system count 8. In order for this IC power to function, the supply voltage (Vsup) cannot be less than 5V. Voltage (Vsup) shouldn't exceed 40V volts in this PMIC. Surface Mount is the recommended mounting type. We recommend setting the supervisors to -40°C~125°C TA degrees. During normal operation, this power managment ic can generate Open Drain or Open Collector of output voltage. A similar IC managements number of the manufacturer can always be found by using MAX16998, the base power ics number.
