MAX20098ATEF/V+ Overview


This switching controller fits most application requirements since it is packaged in a 16-TQFN Exposed Pad package. 1 outputs can be generated with the dc motor controller. Packaging for the pmic consists of Tube solid enclosures. Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs (s) can be handled by it. Voltages 3.5V~42V are the dc control's supply voltage and operating voltage, respectively. Worked in a -40°C~125°C dc switcher before. There is a switch at 2.2MHz that can be used with this controller. Surface Mount makes it suitable for general dc dc regulator. To provide efficient switching control, Power Good is included in the dcdc regulator. The switch converters are connected to a SWITCHING CONTROLLER analog IC. A switching converters's terminal (s) sits at the QUAD position. 16 terminations with various dc switching's functions. It is recommended that the input voltage of the dc dc voltage regulator be 3.5V. DC regulator outputs 3.3V voltage based on test statistics. At most, the dc to dc regulator accepts 42V input voltage. Automotive, AEC-Q100 is a series of dc to dc voltage regulator.
