In the 500MHz~650MHz frequency range, RF modulator operates.This RF IC is excellent due to its enhanced SOT-23-6 package.In the Tape & Reel (TR) package, this RF modulator is mounted.A Surface Mount-type PCB or development board can be used to place this RF modulator.The integrated terminations of this RF module allow it to drive and receive signals from data.An enhanced power dissipation control RF module featuring 6 pins.85°C is the minimum operating RF switch IC's temperature.There must not be a minimum operating temperature of -40°C for this RF switch IC.
