MAX313LETP+T Overview
The electrical component comes in 20-WQFN Exposed Pad packaging, which makes it convenient to ship overseas. Advanced packaging method Tape & Reel (TR) is used to provide high reliability. This analog switch is mounted in Surface Mount. The ratio between the number of multiplexer and demultiplexer circuits is 1:1. The operating temperature is extended to around -40°C~85°C TA. The total number of terminations is 20. Due to its 1 channels, the electrical component produces high-quality output. When the electronic component is given a voltage of 15V, it should be turned on and run. It is part of the design of the 20 series that this electronic component is included. On the other hand, analog switches can be constructed using SPST - NO switching circuits. It consists of 4 circuits. Use MAX313 to search for variants of the digital switches.
