There is a 12-WFBGA, CSPBGA case package that contains the instrumentation amplifiers. An op amp ic of the General Purpose type. The case in which buffer amplifier is delivered is called a Tape & Reel (TR) case. The number of terminations approaches 10. A total of 10 pins are attached to buffer op amp.
