Uses the handy SOT-23-6 package.This part serves as a voltage reference and is controlled by a Series signal.The external packaging contains Tape & Reel (TR).There are different types of functions that end with 6.In order to measure voltage accurately, a tolerance of ±0.1% must be used.It is coupled to an analog IC THREE TERMINAL VOLTAGE REFERENCE.In order to determine the output voltage 3V, test statistics are used.There is 1 need to change the output to 1.Input can be entered via a Fixed form.Part 6 has its pins 6 settled.Surface Mount can be used to make the PCB design more demanding.The voltage reference circuit can be used within the range of -40°C~125°C.There is Surface Mount suitable application for Surface Mount.It is impossible to expect the voltage reference ic to output more current than 15mA in this case.The maximum input voltage for this part is 13V, which means that voltage input should be limited accordingly.In order for it to work, you must supply a voltage of 5V.For it to be powered, a voltage of 2.7V must be provided.In most cases, the voltage reference circuit can supply voltage inputs of 3.2V~12.6V volts.This voltage is fixed/minimum.There is a supply current called 85μA that is used to operate the voltage reference ic.
