External packaging Cut Tape encloses the voltage reference ic.Parts are coupled with analog ICs.A voltage of 2.048V is output as a result of the test statistics.The voltage reference ic has settled 3 pins.The application is suitable for Surface Mount.There is 15mA way the voltage reference ic can deliver an output current higher than 15mA.It should operate at a temperature 85°C higher than 85°C.Temperatures as low as -40°C can be tolerated by it.
