SOT-23 is used to simplify the process.A Cut Tape external package encloses the voltage reference ic.Different functions are terminated with 5.Test statistics determine the output voltage 1.25V.During reflow soldering, the temperature shouldn't rise above 225.A voltage reference ic with 5 pins is settled.Various applications are available for this type of Voltage References.There are Surface Mount applications that can be used with the reference voltage.The voltage reference ic cannot provide output current greater than 5mA.Since the part's max input voltage is 6V, users should limit the voltage accordingly.An ambient temperature of 125°C should be used for operation.The voltage reference circuit can operate at a temperature of -40°C.Voltage 1.25V is outputted.As far as inaccuracy is concerned, the voltage reference ic holds a maximum value of 0.3%.
