This program uses the SOT-23 package.Cut Tape external packaging encloses the voltage reference ic.A digital IC THREE TERMINAL VOLTAGE REFERENCE is coupled to the voltage reference ic.A test statistic determines the output voltage 1.8V.There is a part with 3 pins that have been settled.Surface Mount is the best fit for this application.If the voltage reference ic outputs 5mA current, you cannot expect it to output more.Due to the part's maximum input voltage of 13.5V, users need to confine the voltage accordingly.Temperatures higher than 85°C should not be used.In addition to operating at temperatures as low as -40°C degrees Celsius, it also operates at high temperatures.
