MAX6175BASA/V+T Overview
An easy-to-use 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package is used.The handy Series package is used in this program.This program uses the handy Tape & Reel (TR) package.Various terminations with 8.For precise voltage reference, use ±0.1% tolerance.There is an analog IC coupled to the reference voltage TWO TERMINAL VOLTAGE REFERENCE.As a result, it outputs 5V voltage.1 outputs are sufficient.Input can be entered into Fixed forms.The reflow soldering temperature should not exceed 225.The PCB design can be made more demanding by using Surface Mount.Worked within -40°C~125°C TA.You can find other relevant parts by searching "MAX6175".For applications with 30mA inputs, the reference voltage is suitable.A voltage of 15V is required for its operation.It must be supplied with a voltage of 7V at a minimum.An input voltage of 7V~40V is common for the voltage reference ic.Voltage 5V is generated as a fixed/minimum value.In order to operate it, 700μA is the supply current.In this test, the voltage reference circuit is tested for its greatest voltage output 5.005V.Among the Automotive, AEC-Q100 series of gadgets, it is a camera.
