MAX6331LUR+ Overview

TO-236-3, SC-59, SOT-23-3 is used to simplify the process.Based on the Shunt control, this part serves as a voltage reference.The voltage reference should have ±1.5% tolerance.IC POWER SUPPLY SUPPORT CIRCUIT is coupled with the reference voltage.Users can enter input using the Fixed form.A voltage reference ic with 3 pins is settled.For PCB designs with high demands, Surface Mount is available.Working within the range of -40°C~85°C TA.There are Surface Mount applications that can be used with the reference voltage.The cathode current of a voltage reference ic should be 60μA.It generates a fixed voltage of 5V.
