MAX6404BS36+T Overview
There are 4 mounting terminals on the voltage supervisor, each of which has a different function. This power ic is packaged in a way that looks like a Tape & Reel (TR). There are 1 functions included in this PMIC so that you can refer to them. There are a total of 1 channels on this supervisor, and they are arranged in a series. To assist you, this PMIC includes 4-WFBGA, CSPBGA functions. There are a number of benefits that this PMIC has in common with other Simple Reset/Power-On Reset manage ics. During the reflow process, a peak temperature of 260 is specified for the package. There is a voltage supply of 3V for the PMIC chip, and the chip conducts at that voltage. During operation, the power ic is supplied with a voltage of 1. Surface Mount is the one that mounts power management. In total, it has 4 pins on IC management. This power management has 4 pins. In order for this PMIC to work correctly, the minimum supply voltage (Vsup) should be greater than 1V. There should be no more than 5.5V volts of maximum supply voltage (Vsup) in this power management. The recommended mounting type for IC management is Surface Mount. This power management is the recommended temperature range for the supervisors: -40°C~85°C. There is an output voltage of Push-Pull, Totem Pole from this supervisor when it is operating. For this power management, there is an 1μA volt supply current. You can always use MAX6404, the base supervisor number, to search for similar PMICs of the manufacturer.
