MAX6725KASHD3+T Overview
Power management is mounted through 8 terminals. A Tape & Reel (TR) package is used to package the power management. Please refer to this PMIC for 1 functions. This power managment ic consists of 3 channels, each of which can be used independently. Please find attached SOT-23-8 functions for your reference in this IC power. Several of the benefits of this PMIC are also shared by other Multi-Voltage Supervisor products. In order to ensure a good reflow performance, the package peak reflow temperature must be set at 260. There is a voltage supply of 3 for the PMIC chip, and the chip conducts at that voltage. Surface Mount mounts IC management. In this case, this PMIC chip can be sub-categorized as a Power Management Circuits chip. There are a total of 8 pins on power management. Power managment ic pin count is 8.
