There are 16 mounting terminals on the voltage supervisor, each of which has a different function. Packaged in a Tape & Reel (TR)-shape, IC management comes with a number of features. Please find attached 1 functions for your reference in this IC power. There are a total of 6 channels on this supervisor, and they are arranged in a series. For your reference, this PMIC includes a list of 16-WQFN Exposed Pad functions. There are a lot of similarities between this IC management and other Multi-Voltage Supervisor products. In order to ensure a good reflow performance, the package peak reflow temperature must be set at 260. IC management conducts at a voltage of 5V. Power ics operate at 6 supply voltages. The mount is provided by Surface Mount. There is a subcategory of this power ic known as Power Management Circuits. It has a total of 16 pins that are attached to IC management. This power management system has 16 pins. Normally, the supply voltage (Vsup) for this PMIC should not be lower than 2.7V. In this PMIC, the maximum supply voltage (Vsup) should not exceed 5.8V volts. Power management' mounting is recommended to be done with the Surface Mount type of mounting.
