There are 16 mounting terminals on the voltage supervisor, each of which has a different function. Packaged in a Tape & Reel (TR)-shape, IC management comes with a number of features. Please find attached 1 functions for your reference in this IC power. There are a total of 6 channels on this supervisor, and they are arranged in a series. For your reference, this PMIC includes a list of 16-WQFN Exposed Pad functions. There are a lot of similarities between this IC management and other Multi-Voltage Supervisor products. In order to ensure a good reflow performance, the package peak reflow temperature must be set at 260. IC management conducts at a voltage of 5V. Power ics operate at 6 supply voltages. The mount is provided by Surface Mount. There is a subcategory of this power ic known as Power Management Circuits. It has a total of 16 pins that are attached to IC management.
