MAX71315ECQ+T Overview

This product is available in Surface Mount. -40°C~85°C achieves a higher operational temperature. There is a 3V~3.6V power supply used in this device. . Its low-level I/O ports are powered by a voltage of 0.6V. There is a voltage 2V on this device for high-level I/Os. This is a logic gate solution based on 100 technology. In order to allow for easy installation and dismounting, it is designed as a Surface Mount device. It is recommended to use the 12.5mA supply current to keep the PMIC working normally. It is possible to use this device at a frequency up to 10MHz. This PMIC has a memory size 256kB which is incorporated into it. Memory FLASH is utilised by the PMIC.
