This voltage supervisor has a total of 16 mounting terminals that can be used for mounting. Power management is packaged in a Tape & Reel (TR) way. In this PMIC, you can find 1 functions for your reference. This power managment ic consists of 5 channels, each of which can be used independently. Please find attached 16-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) functions for your reference in this IC power. This IC power shares lots of benefits with other Multi-Voltage Supervisor products. Specifies a reflow peak temperature of 245 for the package during reflow. IC management conducts in a 5V-voltage supply. Power management conducts at a voltage of 5. In total, the power management has 16 pins in it. I should note that the minimum supply voltage (Vsup) for this IC management should be at least 2.7V, which is the minimum supply voltage that should be applied. The maximum supply voltage (Vsup) is not to exceed 11V volts in this IC management. Mounting type Surface Mount is recommended. We recommend setting the supervisors to 0°C~70°C TA degrees. During operation, this power management system outputs Open Drain or Open Collector. In order to maintain a stable supply current for the power management, 16μA is the recommended value.
