There are 1 outputs supported by the voltage regulator. To facilitate transportation, alternator regulator is packaged in 16-UFBGA, WLCSP. We are ready to ship in Tape & Reel (TR) packages. The output voltage of this voltage controller is 0.4V~5.5V. Easy adaptability with the Surface Mount universal mount. This shunt regulator targets at Converter, WCDMA PA Power and other applications. Ideally, the operating temperature should be set at -40°C~85°C in order to prevent malfunction. This external regulator requires a voltage input of 2.7V~5.5V. There are 16terminals on the voltage regulator. If you are trying to find pin-to-pin solutions, try searching MAX8805. The PCB or other board has a Surface Mount for mounting.
