The Tube method is used for packaging clock ICs. The 20-WQFN Exposed Pad package contains this clock generator. It contains a total of 20 terminations within RF synthesizer. To operate this time clock generator, 3.3V voltage should be applied. In this clock generator, LVCMOS, Crystal is used as the input to the clock.
