For space-saving purposes, it is packaged in 40-WFQFN Exposed Pad. This package uses the Tube packaging method. In the various applications in which this electronic part is used, it is capable of delivering a high level of efficiency as a type of Stereo Audio. It uses a mounting type of Surface Mount.
